Eat a low carb diet to start, it will curb cravings for sweets. You can slowly add them back after you lose some weight.

Baby bananas are so good! If she tries eating the baby food meats she really will lose weight from throwing the nasty stuff up. It's like eating canned cat food.

I am and I also am vegetarian and eat low carb. I eat pretty much the same breakfast and lunch every day and dinner varies. Breakfast is eggs with cheese and coffee lunch is a spinach salad with olives, veggies and ranch Dinner is veggie burger and a vegetable or I make Mock Mack and cheese using cauliflower.

Eating too many carbs can cause your blood sugar to rise and fall which makes you crave more of them.

I can't drink it, it hurts my stomach. It causes cancer too.

I hardly ever log cleaning or walks but if I do something out of the ordinary I log it and will eat half the calories back. That sounds pretty intense so I am sure you burned more then an average day.

People who are against low carb need to read up on Why it works before they are always the first to jump in and say why they think it won't work.

Yes you can. I am down over 50 since January 1st and I don't exercise except walking once in a while.

I eat low carb wraps in place of bread, spaghetti squash in place of pasta and cauliflower "mac"and cheese.

I was down 30 before anyone noticed and now that I hit 50 even more people are noticing.

I don't because I just don't want to take that extra step. I have measured things like cheese a couple times but now I know what an ounce looks like. I was actually overestimating most things anyway and eating less calories then I thought.

I have been losing more then it says

We are a family of 6 and spend about 150.00 a week including food, toiletries, diapers ect.

My plan is to eat at a deficit 5 days a week so I can have two cheat days a week once I hit maintenance.

I am close to same height as you and my maintenance is 1900 so I think you need to cut back quite a bit more on your calories. I would try 1600 and see if that gets you losing.
