Hi Deb, I am GiGi and I am 5' 3.5" and just started this today. I am at 152 lbs and I am almost 61 years old and a recent widow. I lost about 10 lbs when my husband died and have kept if off for 4 months, so I figured this would be a good way to lose the rest of what I would like to lose. My goal is 125 lbs. Any tips?
