I at least do 35min on my bike everyday. Then I do weight lifting for five days out of the seven. If I miss a day I feel like *kitten*.

I caught a passing view of myself in one of the mirrors in the store and I thought OMFG was that ME? I didn't even recognize myself. Don't get me wrong I do have mirrors in my house but not that big. I kept finding myself going past the mirror and taking another peek. I'm sure the sales lady thought I was crazy. :blushing:

That is totally what I'm going through. I was in a store today with a friend who is way smaller then me and I didn't know what to do! I went to the plus size section and I had to keep telling myself that I'm wearing a size 14 now not an 18+. I still couldn't bring myself to try on anything. I guess I'm scare that the size…

I really hope you're right about the winning part. I sure don't want to be this size or bigger again. And just to make sure I don't even think about gaining back the weight I get rid of any clothes that are to big for me. I'm burning each and every one of those bridges baby!

If she only took the $300/wk that they spend on take -out and saved it. In 19 months they would have the money they needed for the surgery. Added bounce she might lose some weight in the meantime. :grumble:

Three yrs ago I broke my fibula at the head beside the knee and tore over half the muscles and tendons around my knee. After the bone healed I was sent to physio and they put me right onto a bike. For the love of god it was so painful but it worked and it got the movement back into my knee and it's as good as new three yrs…
