I myself have had problems with the hard plastic housing holding the watch face. It started with a screw falling out and cascaded from there. I found online a silicone covers that helps hold the watch face housing together. The silicone covers come in many funky colours and neat patterns that helps protects and keep sweat…

Like alot of people said "Who says you have to leave your house to workout?" Do you have stairs where you live?? You could do a bunch of sets of stairs. Don't think of it as not being able to do your regular workout think of it as a switch up day. :)

I love Lillydale's Daystarters Turkey Bacon Slices you can see pieces of meat in the slices. So this stuff hasn't been grounded into a paste and then extruded into bacon like slices. Hey at 25cal a piece you got to like it.
