I would personally say a cheat meal if you feel you need one but a cheat day can set you back 3 days so your only working four days a week if you do it once a week. I have dieted many times ( but this time I'm in it to win it ) and tried both ways . what i found best in the long run was if i did a cheat meal once a week…

I work out 6 days a week doing 80 minutes of cardio then three nights a week doing zone progression strength training and get really bored when i take Sunday off. But just started like 3 weeks ago and am very blessed to have the time to do it.

Thank you everyone for your responses after reading them all and doing some research on what was said i have realized that i am sending my body into starvation mode so i will be trying a new approach this week and see how i do.and i am not so discouraged but wish i would have started using the forums earlier .
