  • Yes I am attending a clininc. I am month 6 of the 6 months that my insurance company requested. I love the support groups and am very determined to be healthy. Both of my parents and grandparants have diabettes.

  • Stevia also has a french vanilla packet. I use that and a little fat free half n half.

  • I am on month 5 of my 6 month pre surgery program. I am very excited but also now starting to get nervous. I am not a big water drinker and still struggle with this. Someone mentioned here about getting enough protein. What is that about? Thanks
