  • I have been using my Charge for about two weeks and have not had any problems with it syncing with MFP. I still have to sync it with FitBit and then that syncs with MFP.

  • I do it that way too. I weigh every morning before I get dressed. If the scale goes up it motivates me to do everything on plan the rest of the day. If it goes down I log it.   • I read somewhere on another thread to log it in as Circuit training, general. I just started doing kettlebells last week. I got a 5 lb. one to start with since I have never done kettlebell before. I'm sure I'll be getting a heavier one very soon but at least I'll have the exercises down before I go too heavy.
  • The most I've ever weighed is 239. I hit that number last week and that's the last I'll see of it. I'm 6 lbs. down today :D
