Does anyone think this will stop someone who wants it? PLLLLLEASE! They will just buy another and another and another!!! Who stopped me from buying more than one bag of Cheetos and more than one bag of Fritoes and eating them all....NOBODY but me. At some point, as an adult you have to take resposibilty for yourself.

MUSTARD!!! Can't even stand the smell !!! YUCK!!! I also hate vinegar! Can't stand the smell of that either. Someone told me once to drink vinegar for heartburn. I would die first. I have Zumba 2... Get that one, it comes with the belt to hold the remote and it keeps track of your time played and calories burned. I started out slow and on low intensity. I can do it in my living room with no witnesses (LOL) and just dance and sweat and burn lots and lots of calories. I LOVE IT!!!

Join the group "Eat More to Weigh Less". There is a lot of good info there and they will explain it to you. You are not eating enough that is for sure. You need to net at least 1200 calories, no less than that. You should eat at least your BMR....which is how MFP figures your calores and exercise calories. They don't…

you should check out the group...eat more to weigh less....there is a lot of interesting info there. I don't think you are eating enough...from everything I have read you need to eat at least your BMR...You can find out how to figure out all the numbers. It seems to be helping me.
