I use zumbacalories.com but always allow for the fact that it may be a higher estimate than I actually burned. Hope this helps and yes - I love Zumba too!

I've cut down to drinking only at weekends and make sure I burn off the calories first. Good luck.

I am definitely a fellow boozer!! I just make sure that it fits into my cal allowance. If I know I'm gonna dink a lot at the weekend I make sure I hit the gym first, lol.

Just finished reading 7 of the "Dark Tower" series by Stephen King, only got the final one "Wind Through The Keyhole" to get now. Not my usual genre of book but absolutely loved them and can't wait to read the last one. Thouroughly recommend!

I log mine under circuit training. I know what you mean about burning loads of calories though!

You can drink too much water, but it would have to be a lot!! You can also not lose weight if you don't eat enough. If you are on a low-cal intake and exercise a lot too, your body will not be fuelling itself and will hang on to every calorie it can. MFP advises you don't net under 1200 cals daily. Good luck.

I'm in the moderation camp for 2 reasons, firstly because what I love about the calorie counting way to weightloss is the fact that no foods are off limits so I find it easier to stick to (if I want to eat something high in calories I make sure I burn the calories off first MFP helps me achieve this) and secondly that as…
