Have you ever had PB2? I LOVE it. I have the cocoa flavored and the regular and I like to sprinkle a little on my sugar free vanilla ice cream for a treat (reminds me reeses pb cup ice cream, the full sugar/fat kind!) and I also put it in smoothies, it's seriously amazing.

if you're not needing any of oil part maybe some non fat greek plain yogurt ?

I haven't read through so I'm sorry if this is a repeat but has anybody thought to try substituting PB2 for the peanut butter?

Are you doing any particular low carb plan or just something on your own? I've found great success with a plan and I'm using this site so I don't have to carry a little book around with me to write down my foods.
