Hey! I started at 231lbs at 5'6 and 40 years old. My first goal is to get to 200 which I haven't seen in years. This is my first week and I lost 4lbs. You can add me, I would love the support also.

That has been one of the hardest things for me. It has been such a habit to sit on the couch after my kids are asleep and have a snack and watch tv. I have done well this week, no snacking after 8 pm. So hard!

That's the way I feel. I think I have started a diet many times over or this time I am going to get in shape. I always fail. Going at it a different way this time. Lifestyle change.
