My weight is different from am-pm but you are only supposed to weigh yourself the same time once a week...usually in the morning after you go potty (#2) Our weight can flucuate almost 5-8 pounds daily due to water intake, too much sodium, horomones, the moon, the way you look at someone, which side you rolled out of…

You aren't supposed to carry/lift more than 15 pounds for a few weeks. I took it easy. It took awhile for me to feel comfortable enough to do push up or pull up for a year or anything like that! Good luck with healing! Takes awhile to get used to!

Sometimes it's ok to drink your calories!!! I have a small glass (sometimes 2 depending on my day) of red wine and I am super ok with that! I would stay away from beer and sweet, creamy drinks..... a ton of calories.... CHEERS!

I workout 4-5 times a week and eat pretty healthy (I do love some candy here and there) but usually do fluctuate 5-6 pounds during the week. It could be numerous things that add fluctuation weight...stress, water retention, ect. Don't beat yourself up over it! We all naturally gain 5-10 pounds daily...OH THE JOYS OF BEING…

Yay! I must have a cup in the morning.. hazelnut flavor, splash of skim milk with 1 teaspoon full of sugar in the raw. It's a treat in the AM. I count my drinking calories and it only equals to like 20-30 calories. It's well worth it! =-)

One day do sprint/walk intervals for 20 mins. than lift some weights hitting each muscle group...you don't have to lift heavy but it's important to constantly change up workout routines because your body can get used to it and that is when progress stops. I do AOS (art of…
