I do cheat meals 2x per week because lets face it life is too short to give up the goods! I also like my wine nightly! So not sure if I cheat everyday! LOL It works for me I feel in pretty good shape to do so.

5'5, I am curvy and currently weigh 128-130lbs I have tried to get down to 125 but unless I am sick and haven't had water I can weigh 126! But thats with the flu! So yeah looks like 128-130lbs fits me! I feel fit and healthy. I think 120 is much too thin. 5'5 is pretty average-tall.

I am 5'5 127-130lbs. I can't get below 127! My goal was 125...Not sure how to get there! I am very hippy and muscular. I don't believe muscle and fat weigh the same bc I used to body build and weighed 16 pounds more but had low body fat and didn't get too much bigger...anyways I think I am happy where I am at.

I just got the norovirus and it knocked me down...I have been struggling for over a week past this virus and taking it easy...your body cant heal itself if you wearing it down. let it heal a week or so.Continue to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, wash your hands, and sleep!

I drink protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and maybe an apple or nuts and then big bowl of roasted veggies with tofu for dinner when I am cleansing. I also workout hard on top of that like my usual. Drink tons of water. Feels good.

I drink almond milk with Isopure zero carb protein. I throw it into a shaker and hit the road!

I have a polar ft60 and I am in LOVE LOVE LOVE with it! It comes with the chest strap and wrist watch! very accurate. I actually burn way more calories than what MFP says when I plug in workouts so I just make my own an dlog my HRM calorie burn. =-)

I weight myself but don't record because I totally gain up to 5lbs during and get mad so I don't record.

Well if you want to get into it I think genetics plays a part too.. But for woman who actually have to watch what they eat and excercise...clean diets can help big time to achieve less belly fat. ;)

Clean diet is most important plus strength training and cardio. =-) I don't have perfect abs right now but usually have them (oopps my diet hasn't been the best) Add me as a friend for encouragement!

Hm...no such thing as a sweet tooth! LOL It's will power! LOL THat's what someone told me once because I LOVE LOVE LOVE sweets and whhhhelp....they were right I need to say No to processed sugars...You still need fruits which contain natural sugars but still I would continue to read up on the whole "detox" thang! =-)
