I like to sweat so I wear yoga pants, long sleeve, and a hoodie. Plus it minimizes the places where my body touches the gross gym equipment! lol

I love anything in tempura!!!! If I am going out for sushi I eat whatever I want! Because I only do it every other month or so! =-)

I love my VINO and coffee! I am trying to cut out sugar/creamer so I only put it in 3x per week and the other days black...SUCKS!!!

Preach it sister! I can only at 205 for deadlifts! I had to stop deadlifting for a couple weeks.Thank God for muscle memory! Keep up the awesomeness!

I agree with all thee above! I hate the scale and have been up 2lbs and cant shake it! I know after intense constant workouts my body holds onto water like a sponge and I feel swollen and totally put on water weight. So HUGS!!!!!!!

When I had braces mine didn't even notice that I got them off! LOL so I doubt anyone would notice 10lb gain! Boys are silly. =-)

Thanks for the responses I just think maybe MFP like you all have mentioned should make an adjustment allowing people to want to gain weight not just lose. =-)

Sometimes I pre-log my planned workout on MFP and therefore I am forced to do it because I can't lie to myself or my friends! Plus I like to see how much I will burn! =-)

I think as long as you aren't gaining weight and look great it's ok too enjoy life...it's too short! I am 5'5 and maintain 128-132. I think at 5'5 anything under 140 is healthy depending on your body type! =-)
