I am like a few days old from realizing I just was eating too many times a day. I feel like I an speed up progress just by sticking to new eating/drinking habits! Imma start posting weigh ins or measurements sometime in dec I think. If anyone wants to join me in doing so!

someone told me once when you focus on the change in your body more than making the eating and working out a part of your regular lifestyle the results won't ever come fast enough. Try maybe doing the opposite? And not think about it. Maybe that will help.

Believe it or not once you get in a routine of going strait after work (bring a change of clothes with you to work) it will be automatic. It will give you more energy in each day. I know my body adjusted to this with a metabolism boost because after years and years when I have a slump I feel so sluggish when I don't go.…

When I am bored and stuck to the house my current habit is always to clean. It's automatic for me so this works out! I actually forget to eat most times and then I end up eating too much too late in the day.

When I used to only eat 2 -3 big meals a day my body was in starvation mode and not breaking things down! I gradually got to eating 5-6 small meals a day and now i am soooo hungry if i don't eat every 3 hrs i am awake. It's a gradual process but...it works! especially if u are exercising daily.
