During the week I will make a sandwich with smoked turkey breast (2oz), Sara Lee 45 cal wheat bread, mustard and swiss cheese, and eat half one day with a Soup in Hand like Chicken & Stars (70 cal), then eat the other half with soup again the next day. I too am on the 1200 cals a day since late January and have lost 24 lbs. Have about 20+ more to go. I absolutely love the MFP app because it makes it easy, in fact some nights I looking to fill the last 150 calories other times I go over just a little. Feel free to add me.
