Hello, I am looking for info regarding losing lbs. I work out religiously and I monitor heart rate to verify that I am actually putting effort into workout..... Blah blah blah log food, blah blah blah. Anyone out there that can give suggestions on how to get the scale to move downward ?..?? Thanks

Is there anyone out there that can help me??? I have been tracking and setting goals with trainer for over 6 months I have not lost a single pound !!! Now, I have to admit I have lost 5 inches overall. But seriously, can anyone out there help Me and suggest how to loose poundage???
