I use regular dressing at the serving size or just a bit less. I recently got a 'salad shaker' for a promotional event. It allows me to put all my salad stuff in it, then pour the dressing on, and shake. A little dressing goes a far way in coating all the lettuce and added stuff. That has saved me a bunch of calories…

You're probably building muscle which weighs more than fat. A good test on how you're progressing is in how your clothes are fitting. Hang in there!
