I can't stand the super model skinny. I like the more athletic type woman, doesn't have to be showing a six pack (although it wouldn't be a turn off) just a lady that looks like she takes good care of herself.

This^^ if you are a beginner full body three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) works great. Keep it simple with mostly compound movements that also work your core. If your planning to get stronger I'd go withy the 90 plus not the regular 90. With the 90 plus you can later by the add ons that go to 120. The 50 are good but if you get stronger you'll just have to buy another complete set

Powerblock 90+ is what I have and they are great. A little expensive but worth the money. Not as wide as the bowflex ones which is harder for shoulder presses and curls.

To each their own, you should just tell your coworker she's a bad mother for letting her kids sit in front of a TV all day. I myself couldn't live without one. I'm a sports junkie (especially college football) and couldn't imagine not being able to watch my sports on TV.

^^^This, can't spot reduce fat but you can build muscle in areas you want. Compound movements are great!

I think it's different for everyone. If you’re feeling good, healthy and not working the same body part on consecutive days then go for it. I only work out three days a week myself and it works great for me.

You can build muscle in areas you want as long as you're not in a calorie deficit but you can't spot reduce fat (I wish you could!). The belly fat is usually the last to go for most people. I have one almost every day. The chocolate peanut butter taste great and I also add a little natural peanut butter on top for even better taste. What's even better about them is the kids can't stand them so I don't have to worry about them disappearing when I'm not home. :happy:
