150 day progress, down about 25 lbs w/pics
My journey is going well, a good bit of weight came at first but as my BF % gets lower progress is slow. Not much difference between my 120 and 150 as you can see. Day 1 to day 90 progress w/pics
Down 20 lbs so far and starting to get some cuts. Hopefully another 30 days the abs will start showing. I also took some back pics this time, wish I'd done it the previous times for some reference.

Why is it,,,
when some people see that you are losing weight they think something is wrong with you? Like your depressed or stressed out. Kind of like it's a back handed compliment, there has to be a reason your losing weight because you can't be doing on your own. It just irritates me a little.

60 days and down 13 lbs w/pics

in the 2100 to 2700 cal range and trying the custom 40/30/30 (carb/protein/fat) ratio. I just started and I don't think getting enough cals will be a problem I'm just fighting the 40% carb to high and 30% protein to low.
