Need some help with getting more protien

I am having a hard time getting my 30% daily protein. My diary is open and any suggestion would be great.

    I buy tilapia and just cook that with everything.
    Lately I've been using supplements like Pure Protein and Special K protein bars.

    That helps.

    I can relate and what I've done is added tuna into my diet. I'm not into the protein shakes or any of the powder stuff. Just one can of Starkist Selects - Very Low Sodium - Chunk White Albacore Tuna has 32 grams of protein. That's more than an egg, piece of chicken or anything else I've found.

  • I take Precision Engineered Whey Protein Isolate. (Chocolate) after my workouts. It is actually very tasty and I mix it with 8oz. vanilla almond milk.

    (1 scoop = 1 serving)

    30g of Protein per scoop
    <1 g of sugar
    1 g fat
    0 g trans fat

    It literally tastes like chocolate milk! And you can add other things to it like bananas or peanut butter for additional protein as well. It mixes like a dream! I used to take other protein powders and I will no longer take anything else.
