Fellow p90x users

I hit a small goal by making it through my first week. It was tough but I feel good about it and now looking forward to the second week and hitting that 90 day mark. It's amazing how tired I was during the workouts and through the week but feel like I have a lot more energy. Any p90x users please add me as a friend, it's nice to hear how others are "pushing play, giving their best and forgetting the rest"!

    Hey man, congrats on getting through the first week, it's definitely the hardest part. If you stick with the program and the nutrition (just as important IMO), you'll do great. I feel better than I have in decades.

    Thanks Mike, I must say plyo was tough but the yoga was brutal.
  • The first week was definitely the toughest but I am just finishing my last week of the p90x classic after doing p90x lean before that and now it's just part of my everyday life. I'm about to start p90x2 and I'm hoping it'll get me over my recent weight-loss plateau. Honestly, I can't stand yoga so I always skipped over the yoga days and would just go onto the next day.
