I'm 43 and have been a very active person in sports all my life up until this past year. We have four kids from 12yrs to 17 and we stay busy all the time. Needless to say I let myself get away and have been feeling really bad especially in the early mornings. I decided enough was enough and started looking for a diet and exercise plan. After doing a lot of research and checking out numerous diet plans that I didn't think would work with my busy schedule I came across this site. I decided to try it out and started this past Saturday. I must say it is actually very easy and seems to be working real well for me so far. I also started the P90x program Monday, excuse my language but it's a ball buster! I have lost quite a few pounds in this short span, so I think I'm going to have to do some adjustments with my calorie intake. Long story short I'm very thankful to myfitnesspal for giving me this great tool to help hold me accountable and to stay on track to get back to being healthier.
