I'm at a weight I haven't seen since my early 20's and getting closer and closer to my goal!

    Thanks. It's really simple but tough. I'm doing a routine I got from Bodybuilding.com called "A simple beginners routine" it's a three day (Mon, Wed, Friday) full body workout of most compound movements. Each workout last from 1 to 1.5 hours and goes through a 5 week cycle. Don't let the beginners part fool ya the workouts are simple but not real easy. Off days I'll do different forms of sit ups but that's it. I use to do some type of cardio but I cut that out I'm tryiing to retain as much lean muscle as I can while in a deficit.

    great work...........big changes.........cardio is the enemy of muscle retention when in deficit........good plan, solid results
