Doing a 10,000 steps a day challenge for the month of Aug . Took Tehya out and she was so full of pent up energy she promptly bugged out ,jumped all around , did a few French twist type things and knocked my pedometer off ...lol found it later that day after both her and I got a bath, another lol well it's off to work…

ok found it yesterday only logged about 3500 steps so only behind about 30,500 steps for August OMG I gotta get going!

how do you come up with a daily figure my bmr is 1411 and i would like to lose 2-2.5 lbs a week @ an 8750 cal deficit for the week that would be shaving 1250 cals daily of.f how does that work?
