My two things are frozen green grapes! Sorry you are dealing with all of this! I also had the bad habit of killing a whole bag of chips. My first 5k time was 45min but that was with no training or prep work....I just decided I wanted to do it, the next one I do I am excited to see where I am at since I have lost 30lbs since then and also am working out now and am in better shape ;-)

I AM LMAO at this thread!!!! Ok for me its.... fat free cream cheese....there is a reason there is fat in it.....without it it tastes like wet chalk smeared on whatever protein powder is also gross....but ahh well my trainer says I need it and it will help me and sure enough i started having it after workouts and I lost…

I would really look into getting a heart rate monitor, It really pushes me to work harder and it lets me know what I am burning and if I need to work harder, I have a polar model and got it on amazon ;-)
