Fill up on veggies! Then pick only the dishes you love! Have a little of everything. Stop eating it if its not as good as you had hoped! And remember shrimp (not battered) and crab and fish and grilled chicken are great choices! Skip the pastas and dried out rolls, etc. Good luck! You've got this!

I've just started taking it too since it was listed in Tosca Reno's list of supplements to take to aid weight loss and support a healthy lifestyle. No sudden weight loss change to note so far but if it helps burn more over a years time (with diet and exercise), that sounds good to me!

do you have a muscular build? 36% sounds like it might be a high estimate... I am about 170lb and I have been analyzed in the past and I was at 30% or so I think.. But I do have a fairly muscular build (big calves and thighs and booty).
