Go the "in place of a road map" thread on the forums here. It'll be very helpful to you. I have a feeling you might not be eating enough given your weight and muscle mass. Which causes people to hit plateaus Also those DVDs might be too easy for you? Make sure you are changing up your routine. Get some weight lifting in…

Running is awesome for weight loss! It's excellent cardio and great for "me time".. Especially if you are able to run outdoors. I used to hate running and now I go on 7 mile runs on the weekend to challenge myself.. Caught the running bug for sure! Good luck!

When I was using my bodybugg I remember trying to eat 1500 calories and burn 2500 calories.. I lost weight but I eventually plateaued. And chances are I was burning a lot of muscle along with some fat due to eating too little.. Be sure to find out your BMR and make sure you aren't eating below it.. Good luck!

What are your macros based on? I would increase your protein and fat... As for your calorie goal, how long have you been eating at 1741? IPOARM takes a while to get going and overall it is a slower weightloss program BUT it is great for giving you enough energy to train hard at the gym and feel energetic. And is great for…

Two coworkers and I do lunch everyday together and we do it potluck style.. Every week someone brings a big thing of greens, someone brings the veggies, then the third person brings the protein for the salad. We throw some canned or homemade soups in the mix too..
