I just made a salad with red wine vinegar and olive oil. I also added parsley flakes, oregano, and pepper for seasoning.

Check out www.weolive.com. Their evoo and balsamics are awesome! Love their Meyer lemon oil, traditional aged balsamic, or white peach balsamic..

I hate bottled ranch dressing but I love this low calorie ranch and it's super easy to make.
    1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain unsweeted almond milk
2 tsp hidden valley ranch seasoning mix
This makes about 4 servings and has less than 25 calories, 1 gram fat, 3 carbs, 3 grams protien per serving! I don't track sugar so not sure how much it has but I don't think it would be much at all.
