It's normally the widest part of the hips? That's how I measure my hips! Umm and for my other measurements I just measure the biggest part lol

Normally it's 10 days a level! So 10 days for level 1, 10 days for level 2 and 10 days for level 3. Umm I'm going to do it everyday or try my best to! Normally when I miss a day..
