  • Hey y’all! I’ve got Peloton too! I love MFP, but seems like most Pelo users chat on Facebook. We could form our own MFP-Peloton group. 🙌
  • Feel free to add me! I’ve had MFP for 10+ years. In my first year, I lost 40 lbs and kept it off till I got pregnant again in 2015. Trying to get back to where I was by shedding 20-30 lbs.
  • I literally just started IF this week. Feel free to add me. And if you have Fastic, you can add me there too! https://fastic.family/tewPBpmSye2Cvpv9A
  • Hey AJ! I’m in the 10+ year club too. I actually lost 40lbs in the first year I started MFP and kept it off till I had my last child. Now I’m trying to get back to where I was circa 2015. Feel free to add me.

  • I don't have Just Dance but I have the ABBA version (love it!). I use my HRM when I "play" and on average I burn 400 calories for 65 minutes. (5'2, 125 lbs)
  • I've done all three of the workouts that you have mentioned. You probably made the best choice by going with TurboFire. TurboFire: -moderate length workouts (30-60 minutes) -Great cardio workouts that can be easily modified -Easy to learn moves -Good music -Enjoyable and motivating instructor -Good beginner weight/band…

  • I say more power to you. In my time here on MFP I've gone from the high end of "overweight" right to the middle of "healthy". I've done it all through good diet and exercise. I've completed 1 round of Insanity, 3 rounds of Turbo Fire, and 2 rounds of P90X. To anyone that says that diet and exercise will fix the saggy skin,…
  • That is a fantastic change! You look amazing!
  • Ok, sorry I was a slacker last week. Honestly I was ashamed of the terrible weight gain. Last week: 129!! This week: 126

  • Uggh....I'd been at 124.0 earlier this week (I've got the picture on my cell phone to prove it!) but I'm sure my weigh-in this week is not going to be that nice. Wow....at this stage in the game it is so hard to stay committed. I'm not saying "I'm done! I don't have to try anymore!" No way (I made that dumb mistake 10…
  • I'm 5'2. When I started in January I was 157.6 and it did not look pretty. Now I waiver between 124-126 lbs. I am completely happy with my weight (but the skin on my stomach is horrific). As an adult I've never been below 120. Keep in mind that the ideal weight will also depend on your body type and where you gain the…

  • Can't believe I missed the last weigh in. Last week I was at 126.6 lbs (up from the previous week's 125.2). I'll weigh in on Saturday and post my chart then. best wishes to you all!
  • Bump Thanks for all the work on the chart Falisha, especially with all that you had to deal with to do it. That is some serious commitment. ;)

  • You are all doing such a great job! Keep it up! I'm really struggling trying to balance it all right now (especially work) and keep my stress level from going through the roof. My weight seems to be stabilizing at the 127 mark and I am perfectly happy with that. I find that the closer I've gotten to my "goal" the less…
