  • I've lost 32 lbs since January (from 158.8 to 126). I workout 6 days a week (3 days of weights, 3-4 days of cardio) and stay at my calorie goal. I ALWAYS eat back my exercise calories. (P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, and running) Best of luck to you!

  • I'm in the exact same boat. It was scary seeing such a dramatic increase in calories when I switched to "maintain". So like the other posters I added calories slowly, and told my self not to freak out if/when the scale went back up. We'll get through this.

  • I'm just going to say that trying to "maintain" weight is really freakin hard! I've got 12 weeks to try and figure out how to successfully maintain my weight (or lose some slowly). It would be nice to get to 120-ish by my birthday (12/14) but just staying in the 125 range would be mighty nice.
