obviously water is important to stay hydrated beofre, during and after exercising. idk if i'd say it makes a direct difference as far as helping you lose weight, but it's good for you in a lot of ways, so why not drink it? plus- if you drink water before you eat, you'll feel fuller faster. at least i usually do. :)

Yeaah, man. I looked for Zumba as an alternitave for playing Just Dance (high intensity songs only.. d:) and it wasn't there. Kinda weird considernig how common it is now'a days..

Drink a crap ton of water, exersize to earn a few extra calories for a high-protien or high-fiber snack!

Ahh, I have similar issues.. -Drink pleenntty of water, and treat yourself with other good tasting drinks like Crystal Light, or diet soda. -Make sure you're getting enough protien in your diet to help you feel fuller. -If you find yourself running low on cals by the afternoon, exercise to earn some more for later on. :)
