2.2lbs down today! I don't usually lose over 1.5lbs a week. 20.8lbs down since starting MFP. Only a million more to go. D:

I'm 5'11", and I want to weigh 135lbs. I have quite a small body frame (wrist size is just less than 6 inches). I know to some people 135lb might sound a bit light, but I used to be lighter than that, and I liked how I looked then. :)

I agree with redhousecat. See your doctor. If there is a reason behind your low iron your doctor should be able to help you out. It could be from a number of reasons. For example, I am anaemic because of period problems and also I have coeliac disease which stops me from absorbing nutrients properly. Also, some people are…

When my dietician told me I was fat. Well, she said clinically overweight. But still.

Hey there, 23, living in London. Feel free to add me anyone :D

Hey hey! Born and raised in South West London, yay me. Lot's of green areas to run and junk. Add me if you fancy, I'm a good motivator :D

I'm 23 (unfortunately), wish I was about 4 years younger, ahaha. Feel free to add me!

Hi hi, brastop.com do some pretty large brands for not so much money. Bravissimo does the sizes, but it costs quite a bit... I have the same problem so I understand your requirements :D Good luck!

My diary is open and I log in daily (Android app, yay). My daily goal isn't as high as a lot of people though, but I'd like to think it's alright. :D

I'm in the same boat. Currently a GG and wanting to be an E or D. I thought doing workouts for pecs would help but a trainer told me it would probably make them bigger. Annoying. I have constant back ache, a slouch (from trying to hide le boobies), and no dress shall ever fit me properly :C Any good suggestions?

Fantastic work! You look amazing.

I would suggest very seriously logging your calories accurately. If you're not sure, overestimate how many calories you've had. Going to the gym is great, but it'll be quite hard to lose weight if you're diet stays as it it. As people have mentioned before, you're eating a lot of starchy carbs, etc. Try finding something…

I'm 5'10.5", currently 185lb, aiming to be 130lb. Pretty far to go...

From Holland and Barrett. Was about £1.70 for 10 teabags.

That's brilliant! The difference is amazing. Well done on the running 6 miles thing too, I can't imagine doing that!

Just make sure if you want to eat something not-so-great for you, then do exercise. If I want to have a burger (homemade), I'll make sure I cycle or go to the gym that day so I don't feel guilty about it.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've been feeling pretty good since taking them, actually. Gave me more energy, so I started cycling to work and swimming also (which I haven't done since I was about 13!).

Hey there! I'm restarting my weight loss programme after much stopping and starting. I'm 5"10.5 and I weigh 187lbs. I'd like to lose around 55-60lbs (don't care how long it takes, just want to do it). Add me if you like. I'm good at motivating others, even though I can't motivate myself. D:
