I live in Quebec and poutine is definitely a staple lol. If you've ever come here, you certainly had one!!! Many of my friends wouldn't want to eat anything else in the world at 3 in the morning lol

LOL! I agree with that, go with the basic/simple shorts and t-shirts. I don't care what others wear at the gym lol, but if I had to decide for someone, that's what I'd say!

- I am proud of myself for waking up on a saturday morning to go to bootcamp at the gym! - Also proud that I've worked out 6 days this week! (tap dance, bootcamp, elliptical + strenght training!) - I am proud for not giving up even if my scale didn't really move this week despite my efforts!
