Anyone want to discuss the biggest hurdles?? Mine are3 children, 2 at school, 1 at home, school, husband will eat anything kids wont. I am not big on fruits and vegetables either. I like the basic carrots, green beans, peas, lettuce, tomato, etc., gag on broccoli, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, no matter how I eat them...

Hey Heather! I will be your 1200 cal buddy. I also need to stay within 1200 calories. I am in school for teaching and though I workout, I just sit and study, so staying within 1200 calories is so hard!!

In my opinion I would list it as calisthenics- which one depends on how hard you are working... That is what I think. I hope this helps! Let me know how well it goes! I am doing Hip Hop Abs right now and loving it! :)

I am 30 years old and I have 2 children. I am a Navy wife and have a very busy schedule. I started myfitnesspal.com because I always have my phone with me and it is a very convenient program. I have been on this program for a week and and have already lost amout 3 lbs.
