Waffle, you know I love you, but it takes me 2.5 hours to just go 13 miles, and that's at race pace. Are you suggesting I never hit more than 15 miles in training before doing a marathon? Because that's what it would mean for me to never go over 3 hours.

Compression shorts, or running skirts and body glide. The good news is that they will rub less as you lose weight. I don't have a thigh gap, never will. But my thighs rubbing doesn't irritate me now.

They aren't terrible, but they shouldn't be your first choice. My biggest concern here, is that for the calories in them, they are a pretty small volume of food, which may leave you hungry and eyeballing the vending machines. It would be for me, at any rate. If you have foot problems, your main concern should be what works for you feet, not fashion. Secondly, get a pair of shoes that work for th exercises you do, and wear something for street wear.

I'm not sure what you expect to hear. Visors, hats, and sunglasses are it. Unless you want to wait until sundown, or go inside. They do make sunglasses that are more comfortable for exercising, and with grips that help them stay put when you sweat.

I am sad for you that you don't have many nice places to walk near your home. If I had to rely on a treadmill I don think I ever would have take up running. No, actually I'm sure I wouldn't have. It appeals to me in no way whatsoever.

What you're having doesnt amount to a large amount of caffeine. If you're concerned, check with your doctor. Mine was fine with that amount.
