I wouldn't even bother logging a black americano, the calories would be so low. Unless you're drinking like ten of those triples a day, then it might add up to something, but you're not going to get much sleep if you're doing that, do... I only bother to log coffee or espresso if I'm adding something to it other than water.

It does not happen to everyone. Shoes, where you run, how you move your body, how your feet land, etc, etc, etc... There are many variables. Some people will be more prone to it than others. I'm your height. My first goal was to shoot for 150 lbs. When I got there, I still had too high a body fat %, so I went down to 125. I would recommend something similar. Have a moderate target, and reassess when you get to that point.

I think you have unrealistic expectations. You can't change your bone structure. You do NOT have big hips, and you're still comparing yourself to very, VERY petite women. I think your family is right to be concerned that you have body image issues.

stop eating low-fat and non-fat foods, for one thing. Eat the whole egg instead of just the whites. Add some olive oil to your veggies. Eat real pasta instead of that Shirataki stuff.
