cool story, bro

Some people feel energized after a workout. Some people never do. I'm one of the one who never, ever does. From my perspective, it's hard to imagine someone feeling energetic after a workout, but I know it happens.

I know. The thought of actually taking responsibility for my health and taking care of my body for the rest of my life is just so daunting. Can't someone else just do it for me?
-
Well, our bodies are made to walk. It's low impact and most people have no problem going for a walk every day. If you're really power walking, maybe take one day a week where you just have a casual stroll instead, but no reason you can't walk daily.

Something in a pool, which will take the pressure off your joints. Or simple walking (I've had arthritis since I was a teen) I have found that getting moving - even something simple - is always better than not moving. I have a lot less of the stiffness in my joints if I get some sort of movement in daily - even if it's…

if it's so bad that you can't function, it's not normal. Find a different doctor.

don't panic. Weightloss isn't linear, even if you do everything consistently. Over my first 52 weeks, I lost 50 lbs. But there were some weeks I didn't lose at all, and other weeks where I lost more than a lb. If you stick with it, it usually averages out.

what a pile of hogwash

I eat half my daily calories after 7pm. Didn't hinder my weightloss.

This is going to seem like a crazy thought, but... if you're finding it that hard to stick to the 30DS, have you considered trying to find another form of exercise, that you would enjoy more?

It won't do anything for your metabolism, but if you enjoy it, go for it. log it like everything else, and it can fit in your goals.

there's no vomit there.

I think this is more what the OP is talking about I have a lot more compassion and sympathy for someone who says "ugh, I just couldn't resist that donut. I wish I hadn't eaten it. ". vs the person who says "Ugh! My coworker brought in donuts! Why are they trying to sabotage me?" See the difference?

I don't thnk that person was trying to be cruel. I think they are just stupid

It might be your breathing. Is it that 'stitch' feeling? If that's it, deep breaths will make it go away.

I've already had 2 servings of dutch apple pie today. Might not even log them. They were worth it.

when I am low on fat for the day, I take it as a sign from the gods that I am meant to eat more cheese

Some of those exercise videos (JM for sure), are pretty high-impact on the knees. Look for exercises that will engage your leg and butt muscles (to make them stronger) without having you bouncing up and down like a jumping-jack will do. If you make the muscles stronger, they will better support the knees, and allow you to…

For real... It sounds like you should see a doctor. What you're describing isn't normal, and shouldn't be ignored.

I use a food scale. I can't think of any other useful way.
