When I got my tattoos I made sure to get them in places that wouldn't be effected by weight gain or pregnancy. But most of my friends with them have not seen much of a change.

I do as well. I'm on the phones most of the time but what I do is every hour I stand for 5-10 minutes. It's harder when I have a lot of typing to do, but I make it a point to stand. Very well put!! Crossfit is about fitness at a high level but also a community and supporting each other. Some friends talk about crossfit and then I talk about crossfit and it's two different experiences. I hope all the people jumping into the amazing crossfit experience get the true experience and not that "boot camp"…

I use Sketcher's GoRun. They are minimalist mid-strike with great flexibility. The lowered heel is great for squats!

I just copied my fellow crossfitter and used "circuit training, general". It's not completely accurate but it's the best of the options given.

It's such a great idea! they are super cheap on Amazon. We don't use our as much anymore but for the first few months of our fitness plan we used it. then after a while we had a much better idea of size control and use it for new foods or foods we haven't had in a while.
