I agree that more dairy would be good to try. I usually have a cup of skim milk with 2 of my meals each day.

I think as long as you are consistent with which day you log your midnight binge it will track properly. Though, to prevent late night snacking, I brush my teeth after dinner and never look back. I just decide I am done for the day. Everyone is different though, so you have to do what is right for you.
