I would go with an IUD, they don't have horomones that cause weight gain, I am one of those that was very senstive to all types of birth control, the depo shot was the worst I have ever tried it felt like I was pregnant and I gained a lot of weight too. Now I have my tubes tied after the birth of my second child, long…

well eating well and exercising feels good, and you will gain confidence just through that alone. One step at a time, if you go all out and you are not used to it, it can back fire and become discouraging, try to start out just walking, and cut out white bread, and stwich to 100% whole grain, cut out sugars as well, or eat…

I like to do a meatloaf with it, I sautee mushrooms, red bell pepper, garlic, and onion, the put on top of the meat, add speghetti sauce, and parmesan cheese. Not the lowest calorie dish but everything in moderation right. this recepie looks good to me…

I made this and loved it! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/sweet_potatoes_with_warm_black_bean_salad.html also I like broccli and low fat cheddar cheese.

I think you should talk to a nutritionsit and go see your dr, because eating so low calories can do some harm to your body. Exercise helps tone you up and loose weight safely, I think you should add back in the calories slowly, and eat 5 to 6 times a day, small meals.
-
I ususally try to add it up caliore wise as I put in the pan and serving size, with soup and stir frys and cassoroles I conisider a cup a serving. sometimes I will find a ready made meal that is simallar, I think the calories consumed in a day is always a little off no matter what you choose to eat. I also tend to use this…

I am in on this one, only if it doesn't include non fat sugar free lattes lol.
-
deep breath and do a search for dinners around 500 calories, eatingwell.com is one of my favorite sites, allrecipies.com, even shape has healthy recipies.

so glad to hear everything is ok! one of my favortie low cal dinners is turkey chili, filling high in fiber and still a confert meal http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Waistline-Friendly-Turkey-Chili/Detail.aspx can you do yoga and walking?

I have lost my DD's too, but that is ok because they are perkier and more defined and now I can go in to most stores and find my size bra that is cute! btw my husband does not mind at all, when we meet I was around 140lbs and a 36C, after a few years and two kids I was at 194 and a 38DD but I was also nursing.

what helps me is I think they are just empty calories and I will be starving later and I usually feel like crap, but since I do have a sweet tooth what I do is allow myself a small reward for doing good with my diet all week, and I keep skinny cows ice cream in my freezer for the rest of the week they taste great and have…

I normally walk at least every day and stretch, if the muscles are sore the best thing to do is move around some. Hot bath then a cold shower helps bring down muscle inflamation as well. a good workout usually energezies me so I do what I feel like doing after a quick shower.

not all trainers are equal in training and education there are a few different types of degrees they can earn and a certificate is different. I think it was a good idea to get evaluated and keep your goal realistic. edit I am thinking about doing that the next time my gym offers it.
-
I like to throw in blueberries, walnuts, dried fruit (any kind) , cinnamon, vanilla extract.

if you are at one weight for a long time your body will fight to keep it on, try eating foods low on the glycemic index, your fiber intake is excellent along with your water. PDX90 is supposed to cause "muscle" confusion so your body doesn't get used to it, but it may benefit to change up your routine anyway to see if that…

I do my best not to, I have put the scale out of sight and try to only wigh myself every week, and take measurements.

I do the same thing my strength is plyometrics which is a mix of cardio and strength at a high insensity.
-
sometimes it helps me to brush and floss my teeth I am also using a fluoride rinse that you can not eat until 30 mins after, read over a few things online, do a few jumping jacks.
-
I did the same thing and I keep my protein at about 72 which is the recommended amount for me, thank you for posting this
-
I only have/done the 30 day shred it is very similar to the boot camp that I am doing at the gym, I don't know how many caliores I burn during the work out though, but I do know it is hard to track accuratly.
-
yes it is about the blood glucose, high fiber foods do not send a spike of sugar like simple carbs. Look up the glycemic index and that should help explain it as well as give you a good idea of what is good to eat and what good foods to cut back on. I learned all about this after my husband got diganosed with type 2…

I like the oat fit oatmeal it is only 100 calories, protein shake that I add fruit too, sometimes I will have a fiber one bar, I have done the slim fast shakes as well, eggs and fruit, luna bars. but remeber you can "net" your carbs too subtract the fiber from the carbs. I think it is way better to try to go for a high…

well breastfeeding takes an extra 300-500 calories a day and 1200 calories does seem low for a nursing woman, what is your BMR? and I would add 200 calories to that and keep up the exercise, 50lbs is huge and great! It is a common complaint of women as well to hold on to the last 10lbs because the body needs a little extra…

I have checked into them and they are full of caffeine, I went into nutroshop the first question he asked me was do you mind being jittery? A good multivitamin can actually help you loose weight, my chiropractor gave me something to try it is bascially aloe vera juice and collagen. http://nodiet.com/ she said it works…

since I am not an expert in this area I can only give you my opinion, which I wouldn't do it, instead if I go over I much rather go for an extra walk or something physical to help burn off the "extra" calories, using a jump rope is a great way to burn off those calories. But part of a healthy diet is balance, and once a…

this is the brand that I eat as well, it is rich and creamy in compairson to yogurt,I like to use as dessert and it is lower on the glycemic index.

Very well said! My mom is one of those people that when you start loosing weight she will say not to loose anymore a lot of that comes from her insecurities, so now I take it with a grain of salt.
