I'm a medical school in my second year and have been finding it so hard to fit in workouts too! I think the best way I have found is to plan your weeks in advance and schedule time for workouts and stick to them !

I am starting again today after gaining 14lbs in the last 3 months!! Want to loose 25lbs before christmas, i know I can do it this time ! Best of luck! :)
