I just got it and am starting it next week (I am just finishing up the 30DS this week). I plan on doing 2 videos per day, if not a 3rd.

I love it. I am actually on day 28, but I have really enjoyed it. I didn't do it a full 30 days in a row - I just did 5 days per week (so it took 6 weeks instead of 4). I'm going to start another workout DVD for a month and then do the full 30DS again!

My DD is about 15 weeks old and I started using MFP I want to say around 5 weeks also? I can't remember. Anyways, I make sure I eat around 1800 cal per day. I have read that whatever you were eating before (being pregnant), add 500 calories to that, and that should be good for BFing. I've been pretty successful w/ losing…
