hi nice to meet you why dont you try and reduce your calorie intake not by much but it could kick start it for you i have 1250 a day i weigh currently 197 pound and have lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks i go to a slimming class and this is what the teacher has told me to do and its working good luck : ) abi
