Yep I like to mix it up, love to eat out, and hang out at the local bar - pizza and chips need to be able to squeeze into my daily calories :)

I started doing this earlier in the week, especially when I was planning to be out for dinner that night - and yes I looked up the menu and tried to log what I could in advance .... when I knew what the calories would be I decided to walk the 5 kms to dinner instead of drive!
