I'm 6'1.5. I started out at 379. I'm 230.8 right now. My goal is around 203-207. I honestly just want to get to a healthy body fat and tone. I'm not sure how to post before and not there, but close pics.

I actually just started and am on Day 4. It has help me get my eating back on track, record my food intake on here, and stay w/in my calories. By doing this, I've already loss 6.4 lbs.
