I am 5'10 and weigh in at 170. I want to get down to at least 150. I am eating 1300 - 1400 calories a day. I have a very sedentary job but I go to the gym six days a week and do 20 minutes on the bike or eliptical and 30 - 40 minutes on either the leg/ab machines or the arm machines.
