I do not drink. I never did drink. I tasted wine exactly twice and didn't love it. My husband has been sober for almost 20 years and so there is no alcohol in our lives.

I just got 5 lb weights at the thrift store;) I was using 2 lb. I'm using the 5 lbs for most but a couple times I had to put them down and get the 2 lb weights;) I think as long as we're trying and making progress right? :)

Level 2 day 2~ I think I did a little better today. I was very sweaty if that means anything;). Still stink at the planks but I'm at least trying. I also think I did better because I can feel it in my core more than I did on day 1.

Lol about your friend eating standing up;) I did day 1 on a Sat and Sun in church, I had trouble sitting still! I was so sore and couldn't get comfy ;). It does get way better but now I just finished level 1 and I'm sure I'll be sore again when I start level 2

My son's softball tournament is all day today so only time for 1 mile. I did one of the 12 min miles on the 5 mile walk. Goal 40 Done 27 Still to do 13

It's been in the 90s here this week and lots of humidity. We have no air in the house--so I just plug in 2 fans and get a bottle of cold water and sweat away. The shower always feel awesome afterwards :)

I like coffee with 1/2 and 1/2. Cold tea~I drink green or black unsweetened Hot tea~My fave is Trader Joes red chai with some stevia--that stuff is SO GOOD!

I do enjoy compliments:) I feel like it's nice to hear it because I've surely been working hard! But I do not like it when instead of saying--you look great how much have you lost? They say, "Wow how much did you weigh before?" ummmm that's none of your business big nose;)!

Here's what I did and I'm really seeing it working--not that it wasn't hard at 1st! 1. No nutra sweet 2. Eat real whole foods--amazing how they fill you right up and you don't want food that has no nutritional value. 3. Do a cleanse--I only did that at first after I gave up nutra sweet--I figured it couldn't hurt-- not…
