Hey:) I use Vitacost protein powder sweetened with stevia. It's the most cost effective I've found without ingredients I don't want. Lately, I've just stirred it up and poured it over ice and it's great :)!

I use coconut oil for the health benefits. Does cocoa butter give you the same benefits? Is it also a MCT fat? I'm asking because I don't know.

Yeah this! I had a bad injury many years ago which I can still suffer from. I see my chiropractor as needed and she keeps me from migraines and participating in my life. I think that's a good thing! And yes sometimes I'm sore after an adjustment.

Spinach in a fruit flavored smoothie is painless-honestly! Don't go crazy--1/4 c or 1/2 c of leaves. I've recently decided to go with kale instead of spinach. I like that better :).

I use it just like butter or oils but I don't use it a lot. I do a lot of substituting. I can't do high impact so I don't. I find an alternative and keep moving even though I'm not doing it "right". If something hurts I have to quit using it. I'm trying to stick with 50 g carbs or less per day with healthy fats. I do not use artificial sweeteners either. I just feel so much better when I eat low carb. I do need to get in more veggies though--sometimes I'm REALLY good at but I've been slacking lately!

Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Lbs. Just try the 1 mile walk and do your best. :) I did it before I started losing weight and sometimes couldn't keep up with it but it doesn't take too long and the 1 mile walk should take you about 20 min start to finish:) No jumping :)
